Doing Good Doing Well (DGDW) is an annual conference entirely organized and run by IESE Business School students. The initiative began in 2001 when a group of students in the Responsible Business Club wanted to go beyond the classroom and beyond the case studies by inviting leading professionals and thought leaders to campus to engage with students. Now it has become an annual tradition and has grown to the largest student-run conference in Europe. Each year, students pick a theme for the conference related to responsible business. It’s an opportunity to hear directly from professionals about the challenges and opportunities they experience on a day-to-day basis, and how their jobs and organizations are interconnected with society. The conference format is typically divided into keynote speeches, panel discussions, case competitions, workshops, career exchanges, and networking events, divided in 2-days. In addition to IESE Business School students, the conference attracts students from other leading business schools such as INSEAD, LBS, IE, ESADE, Columbia, Tuck, CEIBS and many others. We also welcome professionals from across the world.
