Co-Director Ashoka Spain
Alexandra is the Co-Director of Ashoka Spain and co-leader of Global Partnerships at Ashoka.
Ashoka is today the largest network of social entrepreneurs worldwide, with more that 3.400 social entrepreneurs and 300 Changemaker Schools in 90 countries.
She has a degree in Business Management from ESADE and the Singapore Management University. She has developed her professional career between the private and the social sector. She started working at the Spanish Embassy in Delhi, India, and later moved to Bangkok, Thailand, as Coca-Cola brand manager in several Southeast Asian countries. After three years, Alex moved to Madrid as head of Aquarius brand in Spain and Portugal. A year later, she jumped to the third sector, supporting the launch of The Wellbeing Project, an initiative led by Ashoka Fellow Aaron Pereira that seeks to support the personal wellbeing of social leaders.
Alex is passionate about making the most of life outside of her comfort zone and believes that dreaming big is a must. Her philosophy: to maintain a body – mind – spirit connection.
