Anouk is an innovation consultant at Claro Partners, with more than 10 years of experience in consumer research. She has a master in Social Psychology and before joining Claro Partners she worked as a Research & Segmentation Director in Amsterdam. She has broad experience in qualitative and ethnographic research, strategic brand (re-)positioning and segmentation studies. She firmly believes in the magic of getting out of your comfort-zone and always tries to motivate and educate clients to see the value of this. Her latest fieldwork trip together with clients has been to China, where she took a deep dive into the automotive industry and faced the challenge to localise a Western car brand.
