David Grayson CBE – Independent commentator, Author, Emeritus Professor of Corporate Responsibility
David is Emeritus Professor of Corporate Responsibility at Cranfield University School of Management. From 2007-17, he was the founder-director of the Doughty Centre and Professor of Corporate Responsibility. He joined the world of management education in 2007 after a 30-year career as a social entrepreneur and campaigner for responsible business, economic regeneration and diversity. He has been a visiting Senior Fellow at the CSR Initiative of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He has an honorary doctorate from London SouthBank University.
David has chaired or served on various charity, social enterprise and public sector boards. He currently chairs the national charity Carers UK and is part of the Circle of Advisers for Business Fights Poverty.
