Humanvins SL y La Festival
In his homeland, the Loire Valley, he studied their sommelier. But it was in England, at the Hotel du Vin in Brighton, where he forged his passion for wine, learning the secrets of the wine world with the help of Mathieu Ouvrard and Gerard Basset.
With extensive experience, he was head sommelier at a Michelin star of the French blue coast. In Catalonia since 2005, his beginnings were in Lavinia group, later to be Advisor-sommelier of the Group Ca La Nuri, which wanted to show the importance of a healthy agriculture, betting on natural wines. His relentless attitude to find authentic wines took him up to the project that is now HumanVins, La Festival Shop and the Salvatge Bar.
